The community on Landcarer is growing every day, and we want you be a part of that growth!

Landcarer helps individuals and groups involved in caring for land and water, to expand their knowledge, skills, and resources through the only online platform dedicated purely to landcare.

It’s the place to be for landcare networks and groups, Traditional Owners, landcare facilitators and coordinators, landowners, farmers and farming systems groups, Bushcare and ‘Friends of’ groups, Coastcare, Dunecare and Rivercare groups, youth groups and schools involved in Junior Landcare, government agencies, individuals and other community led environmental organisations.

There are already 2,400+ Users, 23 different Topic areas, over 60 Groups and 17 Projects on the platform – all collaborating and sharing information, insights and experiences on protecting, enhancing and/or restoring local environments….. and that’s just the beginning!

 

Opportunity

Landcare Australia is currently recruiting for 2 paid Landcarer Influencers to grow the number of Users and Groups on the platform, and drive the volume and quality of content and engagement around Topics and Projects.

You are invited to submit an application by 6pm AEST 30 September 2021, by emailing us at hithere@landcarer.com.au.

We are looking for Landcare individuals and/or organisations who passionately believe in the value of Landcarer and genuinely want to see it grow and reach its full potential – to make a significant impact on landcare across Australia by providing capacity through education, resources and sharing.

  1. First, make sure you have a FREE account on Landcarer.com.au
  2. You can then set up your profile or come back to it
  3. Next, navigate to “Topics” and select “All Topics”. You will see a list of all the Topic areas (Communities of Practice) on Landcarer.

  4. Scroll down until you see “Landcare Australia”. Then click the “Join” button
  5. Once your request to join is processed, you’ll have access to all content in that Topic
  6. Once you’re a member in the Topic, click on “Documents” under the cover photo, or scroll down in the Topic’s feed wall. 
  7. Click on the Landcarer Influencer prospectus / Application Form.
