West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority (WGCMA) take a deep dive into a number of successful Aboriginal Cultural Heritage engagement programs being run in West Gippsland. By spotlighting their Cultural Heritage Information Pack in conjuction with Gunaikurnai Land and Waters Aboriginal Cooperation and Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation, they discuss the importance of landcarers learning more about their responsibilities and how to recognise Aboriginal cultural heritage in the landscape, as well as learning about the Traditional Owner corporations and how they operate.
