When communicating your organization's sustainability journey … what could be worse than greenwashing?
PARTICULARIZATION – breaking your org. down into small, detailed, explicit parts, like a puzzle, then picking one or two TRUE "green puzzle pieces" and shoving them down your customers/prospects' throats over and over at the expense of your actual environmental footprint.
Why would companies in 2023 greenwash?
Most of them already have their sustainability strategy / ESG framework / climate adaptation plan / net zero pathway, etc.
Plenty of "green puzzle pieces" to pick from…
