Event Overview

🌳 Help Create a Cooler, Greener, Greater Sydney - Come plant out a native, habitat-friendly garden in Ryde, with Greater Sydney Landcare!

Take part in a hands-on day of planting. You'll help cool our suburbs, create vital habitat for birds & wildlife, and connect with your community.

Whether it will be your first time planting or you're a seasoned bushcarer, everyone's welcome! No experience needed. It's a family-friendly day out.

We provide all tools, gardening gloves, training and a free lunch (sandwiches).

You can also join us after the event for an optional nature walk within Field of Mars Reserve (short drive from the planting site).

You'll get to:

  • Make a real difference for local ecosystems

  • Enjoy time outdoors (great for your heath & wellbeing)

  • Be part of a lovely, growing community creating a cooler, greener and more resilient Greater Sydney

Spaces are limited, so please register to secure your spot.
