Naturally Gold Coast Festival is the City's family-friendly environmental festival, where the community comes together to discover everything that’s Naturally Gold Coast.

The festival is set to educate and inspire local environmentalists, like you, to connect, explore and conserve nature.

With so much on offer from displays, interactive kids activities, native plant sales, live music and more.

ACTIVITIES

  • Create your own badge or fridge magnet with Ocean Connect. Choose your favourite marine animal and use your artistic talent to create a unique design to take home
  • Kids watercolour art
  • Get up close to some of Australia's most iconic animals including reptiles and possums.
  • Come face to face with creepy crawlies
  • Kids can become mini citizen scientist playing with live waterbugs
  • Get hands on with a marine touch tank
  • Kids turtle craft

See a large variety of exhibitors plus kid's interactive activities, native plant sales, and educational talks by leading specialists on Landcare projects, local wildlife and native gardening.

There are plenty of opportunities to get up close to some iconic Australian animals, including reptiles, birds, bees, bats, bugs and some cute furry friends, like a ringtail possum!

Never smile at a crocodile they say! Not at this event. Come and get your free family photo with a baby crocodile.

Grab a coffee from the coffee van and relax while listening to live acoustic music from a local musician.
