Safe Work Australia is seeking feedback on ways to improve quad bike safety in the workplace.
This includes consultation on both regulatory and non-regulatory options.
Since April this year, there have been 10 quad bike fatalities.
Since 2011, 245 people have died in quad bike related incidents in Australia. Most were caused by collisions or rollovers, and 43 people were aged 19 or under.
We encourage you to share this information with stakeholders who have an interest in quad bike safety.

Consultation closes at 11.59 pm (AEST) on Monday 1 June 2026.
